- Available services include Initial Consultation, Follow-up Consultation, Comprehensive Assessment, and Therapy Session, each with its own duration and fee as shown at the time of booking.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment or registering for the Patient Portal.
- The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Payments and Fees
Consultation fees are as displayed on our website at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings. Payments made through our online booking system are processed via a third-party payment provider. Please refer to our refund practices, or contact the Clinic directly, for questions about cancellations or refunds.
Patient, Psychologist, and Staff Portals
Access to the Patient, Psychologist, and Staff portals is provided for managing appointments, records, and related clinical activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
Nature of Medical Advice
Content on our website, including descriptions of conditions we treat, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A proper diagnosis and treatment plan can only be provided through a consultation with our psychiatrist.
